My name is Alan Fonner, and my job and passion as a FocalPoint Coach is enabling you and fellow business owners, financial advisors and top-level executives to overcome challenges and obstacles to achieve your goals and dreams.
Before deciding to further my impact as a FocalPoint Coach, I led the Fort Worth and Dallas Markets for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, overseeing and working closely with 125 financial advisors and nearly 100 support assistants. During this time, I honed my skills as a coach, mentor, and business partner. I have spent the better part of the last 30 years mentoring, coaching and partnering with top-performing financial advisors while compiling a proven track record of success. I am a strategic thinker and problem-solver, and I will stop at nothing to help my clients.
After 26 years with the company, I retired from Merill Lynch as a Managing Director. In addition to helping business owners and executives succeed, I also look forward to recruiting and training fellow coaches to expand my impact on businesses across the country.
